Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use vectorforce.net or hire VectorForce Systems (“VectorForce”, “we”, “us”), Lahore, Pakistan. The specific scope, price and timeline of each project are set out in a written quote or service agreement, which takes priority over these general terms.
Quotes and scope
Every project starts with a written quote describing scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.
Payments
- Projects are normally paid in milestones, typically an advance before work starts and the balance on delivery, as stated in your quote.
- Monthly services (support plans, ad management, hosting management) are billed in advance each month.
- Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, Microsoft licences, Shopify plans, ad spend and hardware are paid by the client, directly or reimbursed, and are not included in our fee unless stated.
Client responsibilities
- Provide content, information, access and timely feedback.
- Make sure the content you provide does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
- Keep your account passwords secure after handover.
Ownership
Once paid in full, you own the final deliverables made for you: website, design files, and custom software and its data. Third-party software, themes, plugins and licences remain subject to their own licences. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Delivery and approvals
We deliver work for review at agreed milestones. If no feedback is received within 7 days of delivery, the milestone is treated as approved.
Support and warranty
We fix bugs in work we delivered free of charge for 30 days after launch. Changes, new features and issues caused by third parties, misuse or changes made by others are not covered by this warranty.
Limitation of liability
We take care to deliver reliable work, but we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or data loss caused by third-party services, hardware failure or events outside our control. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
Confidentiality
Both sides keep each other’s confidential business information private.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the courts of Lahore. We always try to resolve any issue by discussion first.
